We invite children and parents to the Open House that will take place on Saturday September 8, 2018 from 11 AM to 1PM at Kings Bay Y (3495 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11229).
On that day you will learn more about our drama studio and learning center, will meet some of the instructors, students and their parents, and will be able to register your kids for our classes.
The Ninth Olympiada of Spoken Russian took place on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Kings Borough Community College. Sixty-two schoolchildren (from 6 to 16 years old) took part in the contest; fifty of them came in person and twelve participated via Skype. Besides children from tri-state area, the participants included two sisters from Madison, Wisconsin, who flew with their parents to New York in order to participate in the Olympiada. One girl was supposed to fly from Tampa, Florida, but her flight was canceled, and she had to participate via Skype. Eleven children from Massachusetts participated via Skype from their Russian school in the suburbs of Boston.

We have started a new school year in our theater studio. We have two slots in a group of 5-6 year olds (preferably girls).
After updating of our site we’ll try to blog regularly. We would like to remind you that our Facebook page has updated info on events in the life of Malenkaya Kompaniya, as well as photos and videos of the shows.
The King and the Queen had a daughter. What was her name? Well, if her dad was the King and her mom, the Queen, then she was called … You got it, Princess. but she was not a very typical Princess: she did not wear a crown and did not sit on a throne.

During our Open House on September 12, 2015 children and parents may watch a puppet show Princess and Dragon. The free performance will start at 12 noon.
The show in Russian is for kids from 3 to 8 years old.
